Possible reasons.
Use a Local Administrator Account to install DB2, not a domain account
While Installing DB2, it will create a DB2admin account. This account should be a local system account, not a domain account. Make sure there is no existing users or group name with DB2Admin.
Enter a complex password for the Administrator (8 characters With Alpha numeric and special character)
